Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
We practice IPM, which is a combination of pest control tactics that takes a holistic approach by using all the tools in our toolbelt. This may include evaluating environmental conditions, corrective sanitation, baiting or trapping, biological methods, chemical applications, and more. The Master Technician training we’ve received through Virginia Tech has helped us refine our process to stand out from the rest. No two properties are the same, and we never take a cookie-cutter approach to treating your investment. We will provide a strategy that will be the most effective while also being safer, smarter, and with as little impact on the environment as possible.
We are the leading expert on bed bugs in Hampton Roads and have appeared on local news stations talking to reporters about bed bug control through the education of housing managers across the region. Our bed bug plans include an inspection, two treatments that occur two weeks apart, a certificate program that shows your units are free and clear, and any follow-up inspections needed.
Our unique combination of fogging, larvicides, adulticides, and even gutter cleaning to control mosquitos will allow you to enjoy your outdoor space again. Our services include an inspection of your property which allows us to give recommendations on ways you can mitigate or eliminate mosquito breeding grounds in your yard. We offer one-time, seasonal, or special event treatment packages so your summer, wedding, backyard bbq, or just a drink on the porch will be mosquito-free.
Being bugged by ants, roaches, fleas, crickets, or even rodents? Our IPM system evaluates your whole home to create a customized treatment plan for your specific concerns. Indoor pest services can be set up on a regular service plan to keep pests at bay. We also offer emergency pest control services for when that infestation takes you by surprise. Don’t freak out – just give us a call and we’ll be on the way.
