Quality Assurance Inspection Program
Commonwealth Exterminating will inspect your entire portfolio at no cost to you. Our certified inspectors will look under, outside, and inside your property for all pest infestations, cleanliness issues, needed repairs, and anything else that may be causing pests, termites, or moisture damage. We then provide you with a full report, including potential solutions we can provide. Whether you choose to use our services or not, this inspection is done at no cost to you.
Bed Bug Certificate Program
We provide bed-bug clear certifications that include documentation of your units as being bed bug-free at the time of the inspection. We use a scientifically-proven method of treatment on baseboards and electrical outlets that prevents future infestations. Give yourself and your tenants peace of mind with our bed bug-free certification program.
Multi-Family Housing
We provide weekly and bi-monthly services programs that include an apartment log sheet used to identify key components needed for successful prevention of future pest infestations. Our education outreach programs help teach residents about cleanliness and sanitation efforts that can help keep their units bug-free.
